triplex and a 5 plex – all w/ newer roofs which survived all 3 hurricanes). Why is this MHP corporation
selling? This is one of 11 parks we put up for sale by the same owners. They
currently own more than 26 mobile home parks throughout the state and are
selling all of their original starter parks due to corporate inefficiencies w/
small parks as they continue to grow. Their specialty now is parks in excess of
150 units. They spend less than 2 days a month in these smaller parks, and as
